This is a terrible store. Drove in 1/2 to get a treadmill. Couldnt find it and no one to look. Horrible store.
Very disappointed with the work done on my vehicle and the customer service after the fact. Had my truck in less than six months ago for brakes and wheel bearings. My truck does not get driven a lot, 6km a weekday to work and home and the rest of the time in the driveway (I drive my new Honda on weekends and highway trips). Already both bearings are bleeding grease and ready to fall out. Called in numerous times, each time having to explain my story from scratch to a different employee who didnt seem like they understood or cared. Was told Id receive a call back and never did. Was told at one point that the store has a new owner since you were here so dont be mad at them and that they cant really help you out. Guess Im stuck replacing them myself or taking it to another garage and eating the cost. Oh, and almost everything in the store is marked up beyond belief, you can get the same stuff at Canadian Tire in Yellowknife for half the price.

Beware of buying items here that they match their price. I was gonna buy a phone behind locked glass sliders placed in front of a sale price of 67$ ,up front at till it ended up being 119.00 + tax. Not honest in there business,they wouldn't let me buy the item for the posted price. If it was an open shelf I can understand customers misplacing items but this was behind locked sliders. I believe this is illegal.Lacking in staff as well , only 4 staff for the entire store ,long line up of customers at 1 open till,had a long wait till one of the staff eventually unlocked the sliders for me. They have LOTS of room to improve, a shame for our community!
