OMG....best customer service I have ever received. Stranded in my vehicle and had been towed to their shop by a friendly staff member only to be treated like a queen. So helpful and friendly. Would recommend this company to everyone.
I called in to see if the shop was busy because I thought my car was leaking fluid, brought my car in they checked it, all was good and I was out in and out within 10 minutes! They even topped up my washer fluid which was a bonus in these spring road conditions! Thanks guys keep up the prompt and courteous service :)

From breakdown to rescue and repair, our breakdown 12 hours from home was divinely orchestrated. When AMA dispatched Recovery Auto, we were both so relieved to have the voice on the other end state that he owned a garage and would gladly shuffle his shop to fit us in that day. (We would rather deal with a private shop than a dealership any day.) Peter went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. From the start, he loaned us a vehicle to use overnight while we had to stay in High Level to wait for a final diagnosis on our vehicle. Once he diagnosed our engine as needing replacement, he accommodated us with a vehicle of his own to use while we made the long trek home to return a rental trailer which was costing us $150 a day. Replacing a diesel engine is not an inexpensive repair, but Peter took as much pain out of the process as is humanly possible. He gave us a quote, and he stuck with it. We had no surprises at the end of the process. This is a garage with integrity, and I would ask that if you are not currently using Recovery Automotive for your repair needs, WHY NOT?!! You owe it to yourself to be dealt with fairly, and Peter will do that.
